The CommonSpirit Health Mountain Region is pleased to announce Kyle Brostrom will serve as Chief Executive Officer of Holy Cross Hospital – Davis, a 220-bed state-of-the-art facility and the hospital of choice for patients in Layton and surrounding communities in northern Utah.
A native of Davis County, Brostrom brings more than 15 years of experience in operational and strategic leadership at major health systems and hospitals. Since 2016, he has served as Division VP, Strategy & Business Development for the Mountain Division of HCA Healthcare, where he led strategic planning, business development and service line operations for 11 hospitals and dozens of clinics in Utah, Idaho and Alaska. He previously held senior operations leadership roles for Intermountain Healthcare, managing initiatives at several large hospitals and leading nationally recognized heart and transplant centers.

Brostrom received his Bachelor of Science in Exercise and Sport Science from the University of Utah and his Master of Health Care Administration from The Ohio State University. He is a fellow in the American College of Healthcare Executives (ACHE), as well as an executive board member for the local ACHE chapter.
Holy Cross Hospital – Davis offers advanced medical services, such as a thrombectomy-capable stroke center, leading-edge radiation therapy, chest pain-accredited cardiac catheterization lab, and the only Level III neonatal intensive care unit (NICU) in Davis County.
