What do you consider to be one of your most significant achievements and why?
Pioneering the development and automation of manufacture of a new category in beauty. Also, creating a safe workplace for women in rural Utah.
What does success look like to you?
Having the ability to step away and invest in and enjoy what really matters in life, such as home, family, faith, health and other interests outside of business.
What future endeavors are you looking forward to?
Building brands, launching them and getting them acquired. I have built so many brands that are not mine and now I’m ready to own that part of myself. I want to be able to build things with no strings attached and all the stops removed to achieve amazing things that I can truly be proud of.
