What challenges have you overcome to get here today?
In my nearly 29 years in this industry, I’ve had the incredible privilege of supporting and leading teams, delivering some of the most important capabilities for our nation. Often, “important” means hard, and while these experiences can feel challenging in the moment, they demonstrate what we are capable of and help us grow. It is essential to embrace challenges as opportunities and create those experiences for others.
