Taylor Roberts
Chief Product Officer | CHIIRP
How have you leveraged your position as a C-suite executive to influence business dynamics in Utah?
CHIIRP is focused on helping home service businesses increase revenue and scale their operations through automation and AI adoption. This is an industry that has often been overlooked as it’s not flashy like many others. We’ve been able to work with several businesses in Utah and help them reach these accomplishments. We’ve also put a focus on hiring a local workforce rather than outsourcing positions at the company. The talent pool in Utah is rich and we have benefitted greatly from tapping into it to build our own team.
Could you share your approach to mentorship, including any advice you have for aspiring executives?
I have a very strong belief in human beings and the amazing capabilities we all have. Mentorship should be about helping others reach their true potential. I look to serve others because I know that both myself and the recipient will benefit greatly. Aspiring executives should constantly look for ways to serve as they lead.
What future endeavors are you looking forward to?
I look forward to seeing how AI can turn humans into “superhumans.” I strongly believe that AI, and technology in general, should be used to amplify the abilities of humans rather than replacing them. Both at CHIIRP and anything that potentially comes after for me, I want to be involved in providing those opportunities.
