What principle or habit has most influenced your professional success?
Showing up with honesty and consistency. I try to do my work with care, stay curious and treat people with respect. Those habits have built trust and carried me further than any single achievement.
What’s after 40? What do you see in your future?
I don’t fully know yet — and I’m comfortable with that. Right now, I have two babies — my son and my business — and they keep me fully present and constantly growing. While I continue to plan, build and strive for success, I also leave space for life to surprise me. I’m excited to see what this next chapter has to offer. One thing I know for sure is that I want to live more in the moment — to pause more and truly enjoy life. This doesn’t mean not having goals or ambition, or not caring about success, however you define it. It simply means remembering that life doesn’t wait for us. Enjoy every single moment while you’re building the future.
