What is one thing you’re most proud of accomplishing at work in the past year or in your overall career?
I am most proud of building a strong, unified team that works together to solve real-world problems and drives meaningful innovation in construction. Watching people grow into leaders while delivering solutions that change how our industry operates has been the most rewarding achievement of my career.
What advice do you have for your younger self?
Think longer term. Invest in personal growth, build strong relationships and focus on quality over speed, as those things compound over time.
