Especially in the entertainment industry, partnering with reliable talent is crucial. Building a reputation of professionalism and reliability is a long-game challenge that requires the best people. Building our roster of talent was a challenge that I’m happy to say we tackled.
What advice do you have for your younger self?
Preparing and planning are great, but don’t let them get in the way of doing something. Better to try something half-baked than to take too long planning. Pull the trigger!
