What principle or habit has most influenced your professional success?
Always be learning, always be curious! A commitment to being a “student of the business” has been critical throughout my career. Having worn many different hats at Lucid and prior companies, I’ve always prioritized building and growing my foundational business knowledge. This knowledge allows me to see the bigger picture and connect dots that others might miss, making me a more effective cross-functional partner and a more impactful leader in my domain.
What is the most rewarding thing about your job industry?
I thrive on the daily opportunities to problem-solve, build and iterate, which are constant in my role. Having been at Lucid for nearly nine years, the rapid scaling of the company has meant I’ve effectively worked at several different companies along the way, facing new challenges every day, week, month and quarter. And, the most rewarding aspect of this is collaborating, ideating and building alongside exceptionally sharp and driven team members.
