What principle or habit has most influenced your professional success?
The principle that has guided my work most strongly is a commitment to integrity. While the demands of life and work can be overwhelming, taking the time to thoughtfully consider and reflect on our decisions is what ultimately shapes our character.
What advice do you have for your younger self?
Optimism looks toward a better future, but hope is the conviction that we have the ability to build it. Hope requires you to have a clear vision of what’s possible, the determination to pursue it and a thoughtful plan to achieve it.
