What’s after 40? What do you see in your future?
I cannot wait to keep learning and growing as a leader. Magnifying my impact on teaching leadership and getting more involved in the community, especially as a mentor to women in senior leadership positions, are important goals for my next chapter.
What advice do you have for your younger self?
Enjoy the journey, keep pushing, but let yourself celebrate and feel success along the way. Some of your most important milestones or learning moments might not feel like wins in the moment, but you’ll look back at the growth they sparked and be grateful. Embrace the hard days instead of resisting them.
