What principle or habit has most influenced your professional success?
Attention to detail, efficiency and operational agility have most influenced my professional success. While years of intensive training built my medical foundation, dermatology demands delivering precise, high-quality patient care while seamlessly navigating the clinical, surgical, cosmetic and business responsibilities of a modern practice — and these habits allow me to do so effectively.
What is the most rewarding thing about your job industry?
Truly, the most rewarding part of my work is helping people. Whether it’s relieving a chronic, bothersome skin condition that a patient has struggled with for years or seeing a Mohs surgery patient months later with a beautifully healed reconstruction, the tangible impact is deeply fulfilling. Guiding patients through what is often a stressful and emotionally charged skin cancer diagnosis and surgery — and then witnessing their confidence and quality of life restored — provides immense personal and professional satisfaction.
