What are you looking forward to accomplishing most in 2026?
In 2026, my focus is on deepening impact: scaling responsibly, developing strong leaders and expanding access to care. Alongside that work, I’m intentionally laying the foundation for a future in public service rooted in experience, accountability and community trust.
What advice do you have for your younger self?
It’s okay to dream — and to dream big. I grew up believing there was only one acceptable path, but glass ceilings are meant to be broken. Be ambitious, trust yourself sooner and learn to be comfortable with discomfort.
