I’m responsible for setting the vision and long-term strategy for Gem Studio while building the systems, team and culture that allow the business to scale sustainably. My role is to ensure we’re growing with intention.
What advice do you have for your younger self?
I’d tell my younger self not to set limits — don’t box yourself in with fear, doubt or what you think is possible. Dream bigger, take risks and trust that you’re capable of more than you realize.
