What is one thing you’re most proud of accomplishing at work in the past year or in your overall career?
Over the past year, I’m proud of the ways I’ve been able to support projects that really matter, whether it’s conserving wildlife habitat, coordinating fire restoration or helping my team do their best work. For me, success comes from contributing to something bigger than myself and seeing it make a real difference.
What advice do you have for your younger self?
Never stop pushing yourself and always keep learning. Growth comes from staying curious, showing up with intention and trusting that you’re capable of more than you realize.
