What is one thing you’re most proud of accomplishing at work in the past year or in your overall career?
I’m so proud of helping build our in-house appellate practice model. We’ve created a practice that achieves what feels like the impossible balance: the highest quality of work, brilliant colleagues with exceptional experience and flexibility for your workload to match the seasons of your life without sacrificing the first two.
What principle or habit has most influenced your professional success?
I played a lot of water polo while growing up, and I’ve seen repeatedly that teamwork and trust unlock something no individual effort can replicate. Magic happens when people, process and purpose are all pulling in the same direction. We all have different strengths, and no one person can do it all. But working together, we can achieve so much more than we ever could alone.
