Principal Broker & Attorney | LRG Collective
What challenges have you overcome to get here today?
I immigrated to the U.S. from Vietnam as a child after living in a refugee camp, and became the first in my family to attend college and law school. Through academic challenges and career pivots, I stayed persistent — becoming an attorney, building a referral-based real estate business, and ultimately founding and scaling my own brokerage from the ground up.
What advice do you have for your younger self?
I would tell my younger self that the lowest moments are necessary to fully appreciate the highest ones — embrace both, because the lows build wisdom and character. Be unwavering in your ambitions and values, but remain flexible, patient and understanding with people. Lead with kindness as your center of gravity, and if you stay anchored there, you’ll never stray too far from who you’re meant to be.
