What is the most rewarding thing about your job industry?
The most rewarding part of my work is knowing that what I build directly protects families and children while safely disrupting the sunscreen industry by demanding better, safer and more honest products for our families.
What advice do you have for your younger self?
Go! Now, start the thing. Start before you’re ready; you’ll never feel fully prepared to launch a business, and waiting for perfect conditions just delays learning the lessons that only come from doing. Learn business fundamentals earlier: Understanding marketing, finance and operations would have saved years of expensive mistakes, but trust your medical expertise enough to challenge industry norms even when everyone says, “That’s just how it’s done.”
