What are you looking forward to accomplishing most in 2026?

In 2026, I am most excited to lead marketing for one of Adobe’s top strategic priorities, a highly visible role where thoughtful strategy, disciplined execution and measurable impact are essential. The responsibility is both demanding and energizing, as success requires alignment across teams and flawless delivery. On the military side, I am focused on completing Airborne School while dedicating significant energy to developing dozens of young soldiers — helping them build confidence, leadership skills and the foundation to become the best versions of themselves.

What challenges have you overcome to get here today?

I was raised by a single mother alongside my sister for much of my childhood, and her strength, consistency and sacrifice shaped the foundation of who I am today. Without a consistent male role model until my teenage years, I learned early the importance of resilience, responsibility and showing up for the people who matter most. Later in life, joining the military on a nontraditional timeline, completing Basic Training and Officer Candidate School during the COVID-19 pandemic, and deploying for a year pushed me to my limits and reinforced the critical role family plays in sustaining leadership. Those experiences deepened my appreciation for strong mothers and made becoming a present, intentional father and supporting my wife as the mother of our children one of the greatest and most meaningful accomplishments of my life.
