Describe what you’re responsible for in your professional role.
I’m the artist and founder of Bailey Rae Studio, where I create watercoloring books with my original outlines and step-by-step video tutorials to make painting feel approachable. I’m also involved in a little bit of everything: setting the vision, leading the team and helping move the business forward day by day.
What is the most rewarding thing about your job industry?
The most rewarding part of my job is seeing the impact it has on women, knowing it gives them a calm, creative moment and a place to reconnect with themselves. On a more personal level, it’s also given me time and financial stability for my family, which matters deeply to me as a mom of a three- and five-year-old.
