What is the most rewarding thing about your job industry?
In catering and events, we have the privilege of playing a small role in some of life’s most important days. Hospitality is about consistently going above and beyond expectations to create meaningful experiences. Being able to leave a lasting impression on a bride and groom, or on guests celebrating a special occasion, is incredibly fulfilling. The relationships we build with our clients often extend beyond the event itself, and that connection is what makes this work so rewarding.
What’s after 40? What do you see in your future?
I feel like I’m just getting started! I’m focused on investing in our teams, developing the next level of leadership and continuing to evolve creatively. Most of all, I’m excited to keep creating incredible, memorable experiences through food!
