What is the most rewarding thing about your job industry?
The most rewarding part of my job is hearing from customers who share how much they loved wearing one of our styles and how it gave them confidence that they’ve struggled to find. Moments like that make all the hard work truly worth it. It is why we spend countless hours perfecting the fit, feel and style of our clothes.
What challenges have you overcome to get here today?
Challenges I’ve overcome include a life-altering ski injury, learning to balance work and family life, and managing the stress and responsibility that come with owning and operating a business. Along the way, I’ve grown more confident in my decision-making — learning as I go, trusting my gut and leading with resilience.
