Cedar City, UT—We are excited to announce Starbucks as the newest Tenant for the brand-new shopping center located on the corner of Main Street and Canyon Ranch Dr in Cedar City.

Starbucks started in 1971 in Seattle’s Pike Place Market and has since become the largest coffee chain in the world with over 17,000 locations in the U.S. and over 38,000 worldwide. Starbucks is in over 80 different countries, serving its gourmet coffee to everyone who walks through their doors.

Neil Walter and Roy Barker at NAI Excel have been retained to market and lease space in the new center and represented the landlord in this transaction. Jake Woodward at Spartan Partners CRE represented Starbucks.

Ground is expected to be broken soon with deliveries of space beginning the first half of 2025. More tenant announcements will be made as leases are finalized.
