Provo, Utah — Riverwoods Business Park, one of Utah County’s most recognizable office campuses, has completed its ownership transition, marking the conclusion of more than three decades of stewardship for the iconic Provo office campus.
Brandon Fugal, John Monson and Grant Lammersen of Colliers represented Six Ridge Partners, formerly Dakota Pacific, in the transaction. Summit Commercial Advisors represented the buyer on behalf of an investor group affiliated with Flagship Companies.
For Fugal, Chairman of Colliers in Utah, the sale represents the culmination of a career-long association with Riverwoods Business Park that began with its groundbreaking.
“Riverwoods has served as the gateway to Utah County’s only research park for over three decades. This transition marks a historic milestone,” said Fugal. “Watching Riverwoods evolve alongside Utah County’s remarkable growth has been incredibly rewarding, and we’re proud to have launched the leasing efforts that shaped what it is today.”
Developed in the mid-1990s, the approximately 185,000-square-foot campus has become a cornerstone of Utah County’s research and innovation corridor, with a diverse mix of employers, including Qualtrics, Vivint and UCCU.
Originally envisioned by R. Duff Thompson and Dan Campbell of EsNet Group following the landmark sale of WordPerfect Corporation to Novell, Riverwoods Business Park reflects decades of investment in commercial real estate and an enduring commitment to Utah’s business community. Alongside CFO Kevin Flanagan, the team’s leadership created one of Utah County’s signature office campuses while supporting entrepreneurship, innovation and philanthropy across the region.
Throughout the property’s history, Colliers guided ownership as Riverwoods adapted to changing tenant demand, evolving workplace expectations and the unprecedented challenges of the pandemic, helping position the campus for a seamless transition to new ownership.
