Deer Valley East Village is about to list its most expensive home yet: a $37 million duplex penthouse at the first Four Seasons Resort and Private Residences in Utah, setting a new benchmark for the mountain town and for the state! Once listed, it will be the most expensive condo listed in Utah. As a refresher, Deer Valley East Village is Extell’s and the first major public alpine ski resort development in North America in more than 40 years. We’d love to give you a first look inside the Four Seasons Private Residences.

The six-bedroom, seven-and-a-half-bath penthouse crowns the 11th and 12th floors at an elevation of over 6,600 feet. Designed by ODA Architecture, it spans 7,077 square feet of interior living space connected by a private elevator, plus more than 500 square feet of outdoor terraces with panoramic mountain views in multiple directions. The residence features three primary suites, dramatic entertaining spaces, and refined interiors that blend rugged stone and wood with metallic accents inspired by the region’s mining heritage.

Owners will enjoy Four Seasons’ signature service alongside an exceptional amenity package, including a spa with saunas, steam rooms and whirlpools, indoor and outdoor pools, four dining venues, a ski-in/ski-out après-ski lounge with an outdoor fireplace, an indoor sports court, ice rink, and direct access to more than 50 miles of hiking and biking trails. The Four Seasons project is slated for completion in 2028.

Upon completion, Deer Valley East Village will feature eight destination hotels, branded residences—including Waldorf residences and the already open Grand Hyatt—16 chairlifts, a 10-passenger gondola, 32 restaurants, seven cafés, 42 retail shops, and extensive year-round recreation. The expansion has already debuted 100 new ski runs and 10 new lifts over the past two seasons, with additional development still to come.
