PLEASANT GROVE, Utah — Sub Zero Nitrogen Ice Cream, the innovative dessert concept that has redefined ice cream one custom order at a time, opened its newest location in Pleasant Grove, Utah. Owned and operated by Sub Zero founders Jerry and Naomi Hancock, the new store is at 148 S. Pleasant Grove Blvd., Suite 120.

Guests are invited to experience the Sub Zero patented process firsthand — made to order for each customer, flash-frozen before your eyes using liquid Nitrogen at -321 degrees Fahrenheit, producing a creamier, smoother, personalized ice cream better than anything that comes out of a commercial freezer. Customers choose their base, their flavor, and their mix-ins, and in a matter of seconds, a cloud rises from the bowl, and something genuinely extraordinary emerges. No two orders are exactly alike. Allergies and dietary restrictions are easy to accommodate.

“We are thrilled to bring Sub Zero to Pleasant Grove and to share something truly unique with this community,” said Jerry Hancock. “From the moment guests walk through the door and see the liquid Nitrogen, we know they will be hooked. This ice cream is unlike anything else, and we could not be more excited to be part of this neighborhood.”

Sub Zero Nitrogen Ice Cream was founded in 2004 and has grown to locations across the United States, earning a devoted following for its customizable menu, theatrical preparation, and commitment to quality ingredients. The Pleasant Grove location marks the latest chapter in that story — and the newest spot for Utah County ice cream lovers.
