COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. — Beehive Meals announced that Founder and CEO Allyse Jackson has been named an Entrepreneur Of The Year® 2026 Mountain West Award winner by EY US, one of the most prestigious honors for entrepreneurs and business leaders worldwide.

Selected by an independent panel of judges, Jackson was recognized for her entrepreneurial vision, leadership, company growth, and commitment to creating long-term value through innovation and impact. As a regional award winner, she now becomes eligible for consideration in the Entrepreneur Of The Year® National Awards later this year.

Jackson joins an accomplished group of Utah business leaders recognized as 2026 Mountain West winners, including Brett Hopkins of Ken Garff Automotive Group, Jeff Reynolds of Sensapure Flavors, Kyle Freebairn of Frazil, Brian Beutler of Alianza, and Ryan Anderson of Filevine.

“I am incredibly honored to receive this recognition and to be included among such an impressive group of entrepreneurs,” said Jackson. “Being in a room filled with founders and business leaders from so many different industries, backgrounds, and experiences was both humbling and inspiring. The diversity of ideas, innovation, and talent represented throughout the Mountain West was remarkable.”

Jackson’s entrepreneurial journey began far from traditional business circles. A former stay-at-home mother, she launched Beehive Meals as a short-term solution to her family’s financial situation. “If someone had told me years ago, while raising young children at home, that I would one day receive an honor like this, I never would have believed them,” Jackson said. “This recognition is a reflection of an incredible team, loyal customers, supportive family, and the entrepreneurial community that has encouraged us along the way.”

Under Jackson’s leadership, Beehive Meals has grown from a small startup into a nationally recognized meal solutions company serving customers across all 50 states. The company has delivered millions of meals to families while expanding its product offerings, creating jobs, and supporting community initiatives throughout the region.

For nearly four decades, Entrepreneur Of The Year® has celebrated ambitious leaders who are transforming industries, creating new categories, driving innovation, and making meaningful contributions to their communities. The award recognizes original founders, transformational CEOs, and multigenerational business leaders who demonstrate entrepreneurial spirit, purpose, growth, and lasting impact.

“Entrepreneurs play a critical role in shaping the future,” Jackson said. “We face complex challenges as businesses, communities, and families. Programs like Entrepreneur Of The Year® matter because they celebrate the people who are willing to take risks, solve problems, create opportunities, and inspire others through their vision and leadership.”

Established in 1986, Entrepreneur Of The Year® operates across more than 60 countries and jurisdictions and has built a global network of more than 30,000 distinguished entrepreneurs. Regional award winners advance to national competition, with national winners eligible to compete in the World Entrepreneur Of The Year® competition in 2027.
