Ogden, UT — Gathering off-road enthusiasts from across northern Utah, Young Ford Ogden will host their first ever Bronco Bash event at their dealership on Sept. 7 from 12-5 p.m.

“Ford’s done a great job at providing Bronco drivers with a vehicle that’s both innovative and classic," said Jake Talbot, Young Ford Ogden’s general manager. “We can’t wait to engage with the incredible community that Bronco Bash was made for."

Free to attend for the whole family, the event will feature food, giveaways and swag as well as opportunities to interact with Ford Bronco enthusiasts. The dealership — who recently signed an agreement to carry models from the companies Shelby American and Black Widow — will also showcase their premier vehicles to attendees.

“These are vehicles that kids hang up posters of in their bedrooms,” said Talbot. “Both Shelby and Black Widow are known for making their machines practically limitless, and we know people will be excited to see what they’ve come up with in person.”

Last year, the dealership worked with other locations across the Young Automotive Group to host a three-day camp for off-road enthusiasts and vendors known as the Wasatch Back Overlanding Expo. Young Ford Ogden’s other recent events have involved charitable endeavors, such as their First Responder of the Year giveaway — where they provided firefighter Stephanie Fischer with a free, one year lease on a new Ford F-150.

The Young Automotive Group’s Ford dealerships are currently set to become the only vendors in northern Utah with Shelby and Black Widow licensing deals, and are expected to have vehicles like the Shelby F-150 Super Snake on their lots within the coming weeks.

“Utah’s such an incredible place for these vehicles,” said Talbot. “We’re not only close to so many incredible destinations, but also amazing roads and trails that can test highly capable vehicles in amazing ways.”

The Bronco Bash event coincides with the Young Automotive Group’s 100 year anniversary celebration. Founded in 1924 by Seldon “Jack” Olsen, the company has expanded from a single location in Morgan, Utah to an operation with over 30 automotive and powersports franchises across three states.

“What’s great about having this event take place during our 100th year is that it provides a time to reflect on both our growth and Ford’s,” Talbot said. “We’ve come a long way from the days of the Model T, and now have amazing vehicles like the modern Bronco. I hope we’ll be able to provide those at the event with an appreciation of the development that’s occurred within our industry.”
