In March 2026, Claire Larson joined homebuilder Tri Pointe Homes Utah as Vice President of Community Experience. Larson brings more than three decades of industry expertise and a strong background of delivering exceptional customer service experiences, aligning with Tri Pointe Homes’ homebuyer-focused approach. In this role, Larson will lead the company’s efforts to elevate customer engagement and strengthen its community-centered approach as Tri Pointe Homes continues to build its brand in Utah. The homebuilder currently has communities in neighborhoods including Holladay, West Jordan, Orem, and Heber City, and is headquartered in the Sugar House neighborhood of Salt Lake City.
Throughout her career, Larson has worked with both local and national homebuilders, earning a reputation for thoughtful leadership and a passion for creating meaningful connections with both homeowners and colleagues. Her extensive experience and dedication will play a key role in supporting Tri Pointe Homes as it works to build homes in Utah that are life-changing by design.
