Park City Lodging wins best of state for vacation rentals a fifth year in a row

Park City—Park City Lodging, Inc., a leading provider of vacation rentals and home management services in Park City for 39 years, is honored to announce we have won Best of State for the fifth year in a row in the Vacation Rental category. The Best of State Awards were created to recognize outstanding individuals, businesses, and organizations that excel in their endeavors, use innovative approaches or methods, and contribute to a better quality of life in Utah.

“This extraordinary season has required an immense amount of work in managing snow removal, mitigating roof leaks, and delivering the high-quality customer service that we pride ourselves in. I am enormously proud of each and every employee who has helped to make this and every season a success and contributes to this honorable recognition; from guest services to housekeeping to accounting, we are truly a unified team” says Rhonda Sideris, President and Founder of Park City Lodging.

This award underscores the team’s ability to excel in the vacation rental business and the community in which they all live, work, and play. Park City Lodging operates with a broader vision that acknowledges the interconnectedness of the employees, guests, owners, community, and environment in which they are a part. It’s the knowledge that each piece of this interconnected puzzle requires thoughtful consideration for continued success.

Park City Lodging’s offerings go above and beyond typical vacation rentals and include a complimentary concierge and 24-hour support to ensure the guest experience is exceptional and vacation memorable. These services are also available to the homeowner. Additionally, a homeowner services team is standing by to provide the homeowner with the same attention to detail and thoughtfulness that each guest
receives and would want for their own home. Services that contribute to more peace of mind and a better experience for all.

Rhonda Sideris, president and founder of Park City Lodging, realized early on that the very environment that attracted so many visitors each year also needed protection and care to sustain its unique attraction. That’s why Park City Lodging partners with local non-profit organizations such as the Summit Land Conservancy, Mountain Trails Foundation, and Recycle Utah and has also created impactful sustainability initiatives for their organization. When managing nearly 300 homes in and around Park City, the sustainability initiatives focusing on conservation, energy efficiency, and reducing pollution/solid waste have tangible and significant positive effects. One such example is the use of refillable amenities, such as shampoo and conditioner, that prevent 50,000 single-use plastic bottles from going into landfills each year.

Lastly, Park City Lodging’s vision has always been to give back to the community to make a positive difference in people’s lives and the surrounding area. Partnerships with local non-profits like Image Reborn and the Gift of Giving Initiative provide relief to those in need. Rhonda Sideris volunteers her time in the community with various organizations and encourages other employees to do the same. Park City Lodging also partners with local businesses to help increase patronage and leverage marketing resources to help them succeed as well.
