Cedar City— NAI Excel opened a local office in Cedar City, UT. NAI Excel is a commercial real estate brokerage and an independently owned firm in the NAI Global network of over 300 offices worldwide.

Twenty years ago, NAI Excel opened in St George, UT as the first commercial real estate brokerage to exclusively practice commercial real estate in Southern Utah. Since that time, it expanded its offices to the Wasatch Front, Las Vegas, and now Cedar City, UT. The new office is located at 427 S Main Street Ste 204, Cedar City, UT 84770.

With the opening, Twila Davis and Raelyn Loomis joined the Cedar City office. Twila Davis, branch broker, has been practicing commercial real estate in Cedar City for more than two decades. As an expert in commercial real estate, Twila had been seeking an exclusive commercial real estate company to affiliate with.
