Salt Lake City—The Salt Lake City office of CBRE today announced that two new tenants have signed leases at Ken Garff Tower, a downtown high-rise owned by Hamilton Partners. Comprising nearly 34,000 square feet together, the addition of these two leases brings the building’s occupancy to 79 percent. Barb Johnson and Kreg Peterson represented Hamilton Partners in the lease transactions.

Located in the heart of downtown Salt Lake City, Ken Garff Tower is a 255,862-square-foot office tower surrounded by numerous food and enternatinment venues, including an on-site gym, The Copper Onion restaurant and the Broadway Centre Cinemas. The two new tenants—Richards Brandt Miller Nelson, a law firm which took 20,696 square feet, and Kimley Horn and Associates, a planning and design firm that took 12,841 square feet—were drawn to the building’s location and floorplan.
