What key principles guide your leadership style?

Lead by example. Be with your team and with those you are asking to support you. Work hard; nothing can replace rolling up your sleeves and putting in the time. Genuinely caring about others will pay dividends, and others will be happy to follow. 

How would you describe the culture of your company, and how do you maintain it?

At the chamber, we all have to pitch in and help with events, seminars and education initiatives. There are no silos. When someone has a lot on their plate, they know they have backup.
