About Lisa

Lisa Romney serves as Vice President, Customer Development and Principal Accounts for Rocky Mountain Power. In this role, she works closely with large energy users, including data centers, advanced manufacturers and other businesses with significant energy needs. Her work is centered on deep engagement with these businesses to support growth while keeping reliable service, thoughtful infrastructure planning, and long-term affordability in focus for Rocky Mountain Power customers. Lisa brings a collaborative and practical approach to complex energy issues, helping the business community, technical experts, company leaders and regulators come together around solutions that support economic development and a healthy utility grid. Her career has centered on the intersection of energy, customers, policy, the environment and infrastructure, with prior roles at Rocky Mountain Power, Chevron Energy Solutions and the Salt Lake City Mayor’s Office. Lisa holds a master’s degree from the Harvard Graduate School of Design and a B.S. in Environmental Science from Utah State University.
