Her path into technology began on a help desk at Dow, where she grew into global digital and mobile strategy roles while earning a journalism degree and later a law degree. That background shaped her core leadership strength: translating complex technology into clear, human and actionable stories that move people and organizations forward.
Calvin has led global digital transformation at Stanley Black & Decker, served as chief impact officer at Reboot Representation and held executive technology education roles at Ivy Tech Community College and Western Governors University. She is also the founder of Indiana Women in Tech Week, a statewide annual celebration in the U.S. dedicated to amplifying women and girls pursuing technology education and careers.
