Andy Yakulis is the co-founder and CEO of Vector, a leading provider of modern warfare as a service. With 18 years as an Army officer and Special Operations commander, Andy has built his career at the intersection of defense technology, innovation, and private investment, addressing U.S. national security needs. He has led tactical combat operations and worked on integrating advanced technology within the Department of Defense. He earned a Master’s in Management from Stanford as a Sloan Fellow, focusing on technology innovation, and a Master’s in Defense and Strategic Studies from the Naval War College.
