Demystifying AI: A systems-level roadmap for technical and business executives
AI’s constant noise can leave leaders with a fragmented view of the landscape — and a gap between business vision and practical execution. This workshop explores AI as both a technology and an interconnected organizational resource. Participants will examine its technical foundations, connect them to strategic priorities and learn to make better decisions, evaluate risks, identify opportunities and design effective solutions.
Designed for technical and business executives navigating AI transformation, the session combines cross-disciplinary discussions, collaborative risk assessments and live demonstrations. No formal technical prerequisites are required, though familiarity with data, analytics and systems thinking is helpful.
Attendees will leave with practical frameworks for evaluating AI opportunities, designing systems that combine human and AI strengths and creating the organizational and cultural shifts needed to accelerate innovation and impact.
About Lexi
Lexi Pasi is a technology entrepreneur and mathematician specializing in cutting-edge approaches to artificial intelligence. As co-founder and CEO of Lucidity Sciences, she leads the development of next-generation AI systems built on advanced mathematical methods designed to leverage data with greater reliability and efficiency than conventional machine learning models.
Prior to founding Lucidity Sciences, Pasi applied her analytics and machine learning skills as an executive and practitioner in settings ranging from laboratory science to corporate finance and marketing. She has built data, analytics and artificial intelligence teams and infrastructure from the ground up to support rapidly scaling companies.
Pasi earned her Ph.D. in mathematics from Baylor University, where she taught mathematics for business and finance and won the Outstanding STEM Dissertation Award.
