Born and raised in Kingston, Jamaica, Paluch studied computer science at Dartmouth College before building a career in Silicon Valley. She co-founded a product innovation firm and spent more than a decade helping companies develop new technologies and bring products to market before transitioning to venture capital. Her experience as both an operator and investor has shaped her belief that the best ideas often come from diverse perspectives and lived experiences.
