Utah Business is proud to present our annual Best Companies to Work For event. This event recognizes those organizations deemed “best place to work” by their own employees.
Our vetting process is rigorous. Using SurveyMonkey survey technology, a percentage of your workforce will fill out anonymous surveys ranking your company on a number of factors including flexibility, pay equity, vacation time, management, and more.
The percentage of surveys required to be completed for consideration is determined by the number of current employees. Once registered, you will be advised of the percentage required.
Companies must have at least 25 employees working in Utah and will be categorized according to company size. We have award categories for micro, small, medium, large, and extra-large organizations.

After completing the registration fee payment, please proceed to the confirmation page, scroll down, and ensure you answer the two questions regarding your company’s employee count. Your registration fee can be used toward purchasing your survey results or sponsoring our event.
