Salt Lake City—JLL announced today that Dennis Group, a global design-build firm dedicated to serving the food and beverage industry, has signed a 35,000-square-foot lease at 310 South Main Street in downtown Salt Lake City. This strategic move solidifies Dennis Group’s commitment to Salt Lake City, where the firm established its second office back in 1994.
