Developed by PEG Companies and located at 182 N Freedom Blvd in the heart of the Provo City, Freedom Commons is the first Class A office complex built within the city in more than a decade.

With PEG, Merrill Lynch and other prominent groups taking sizable blocks of space within the property for headquarters, Serenity joins a quickly expanding list of corporations moving primary business operations to Downtown Provo. Colliers brokers Brandon Fugal, Josh Smith, Angela Galbraith, and John Monson represented the tenant and landlord in the transaction.
