What are you most proud of in your career thus far?

Building a high-caliber team that is excellent at what they do and totally bought into the culture of Edison House. My favorite moments are when our members reach out to tell me how one of our employees did something extraordinary that made their day.

What is the most fulfilling part of the work you do?

Creating a magical moment for our customers. Hospitality is special in that way—we have the opportunity to really do something that is personal for our customers.

What advice do you have for other young professionals?

Be very wary of the digital world’s addictive dopamine drip. Get off Instagram and Netflix and go spend time with your friends.
