What accomplishments are you most proud of?

My proudest accomplishment is the creation of WLI’s Career Development Series. Eight years ago, it was just an idea I brought to the table. Now we’re in our eighth cohort, and we’ve trained 800 mid- to senior-level female leaders who tell me it’s been life- and career-changing.

What unique strengths do you bring to your professional and other roles?

I’m a strategic thinker who can’t help but notice the details. I take big ideas and do the work to turn them into results that drive missions forward and create change in the community.

Communication is one way I lead. Whether I’m presenting, moderating or conversing one-on-one, I lead with words that mean something. Combining all of these strengths has allowed me to empower other women to recognize their talents and reach their full potential.

What’s your next big goal or project in your professional journey?

We’re launching a C-suite fluency program for female leaders in Utah. Our goal is to see more female CEOs and executives in Utah companies. Utah is ready. We’re going to help make it happen.
