What accomplishments are you most proud of?
I am most proud of growing the clinic to where it is now. We see almost 400 kids every week here, and getting it to this point where so many kids are getting the support that they need makes me very proud.
What unique strengths do you bring to your professional and other roles?
I think my unique strength as a director of operations and owner is that I am not a businesswoman first; I am a therapist. I do this job because I believe in this work and I am passionate about it, and having that lead every decision has really lent itself to making this clinic thrive.
Can you share a pivotal moment in your career that significantly shaped your path?
There have been so many! I think the biggest ones are watching children make huge, meaningful leaps of progress, like walking for the first time or telling their mom they love them for the first time after being non-verbal their whole life. It really makes me realize that this job, this company, is life changing for these kids and their families. And that drives me forward to create and offer more.
