Can you share a pivotal moment in your career that significantly shaped your path?

A pivotal moment for me was realizing that being a CEO doesn’t mean you have to have all the answers or fit a specific mold.

There’s a lot of pressure that comes with leadership. People assume you’re supposed to know everything, be everything and lead in a very defined way. And for a long time, I felt that — especially stepping into the golf industry, where I didn’t come from a traditional golf background and didn’t look like the “typical” CEO in that space.

But over time, I realized that what made me different was actually my advantage.

My background in fashion, retail and design gave me a completely different lens. I wasn’t thinking like a golf CEO; I was thinking like a fashion CEO who co-founded a golf brand. That allowed me and my team to build collections that truly speak to the modern woman rather than just replicating what the golf industry had been doing for decades.

Leaning into that didn’t just change how I built the business; it literally changed me. Day by day, it built a level of confidence, grit and character I didn’t know I had. I started to see that breaking the mold wasn’t something to overcome; it was my superpower. It’s a reminder I carry with me: You don’t need permission to go after what you already know you’re capable of, even if no one else sees it yet.

What’s your next big goal or project in your professional journey?

Our next big goal is to continue scaling Fore All into a globally recognized brand that not only leads in women’s golf apparel but also redefines who belongs in the game.

A major milestone in that journey is our Fore All x Barbie collaboration launching Summer 2026. It will be sold globally and marks our first introduction into youth golf wear, something we see as critical to the future of the game. We’re not just creating product; we’re creating access and early exposure. We believe true longevity comes from building a brand that speaks to both the modern working woman and the next generation growing up behind her.

We’re focused on expanding our reach, deepening our community and partnering with major organizations to create more visibility and opportunities for women in golf. Long-term, we want Fore All to be a catalyst for change — not just in golf, but in how women show up in traditionally exclusive spaces. Who knows? There could be a Fore All Golf Country Club one day that’s designed to complement how women would like to experience a private club. And yes, your dogs are allowed to golf with you, too.

Beyond that, our team is passionate about continuing to build, invest in and create meaningful content that helps connect to what women want to experience when it comes to golf. We aren’t just a product lead brand; we are here to expand how women experience golf alone, with their children, or with friends and partners. Either way, we want them to feel their best while they play so they don’t worry about their swings so much. Look good, feel good, play good is what we like to say around our office.

What key advice would you offer to other aspiring leaders?

Don’t wait until you feel ready — you won’t.

Take the risk, start before you have all the answers, and trust that you’ll figure it out along the way. Every step of my journey, from my early businesses in my twenties to where I am now, has been built on learning in real time. I never went to college; just took some crazy risks that taught me more than I could have ever imagined in life, in real time.

Also, don’t be afraid to stand in rooms where you feel out of place. Some of my biggest growth moments came from being the only woman, the only outsider without a business degree, or the least experienced person in the room. Everyone is scared, and it doesn’t matter where you grew up or what you did in your life; everyone is capable if you put in the work.

And finally, define success on your own terms. For me, it’s been about building something meaningful while raising my kids and creating a life I’m proud of. That balance looks different for everyone, but owning your version of it is where real power comes from. Only you are going through the ups and downs of being a leader, so remember that those setbacks are data points. Surround yourself often with other leaders who work outside your organization because they will be your sounding board and voice of reason when you are at your loneliest or feeling overwhelmed by the pressure of operating and scaling a global company.
