What unique strengths do you bring to your professional and other roles?

A unique strength I bring to my work is the ability to lead with kindness while staying focused and strategic. I’ve learned that people drive everything — processes, performance, problem‑solving — and when you create an environment where people feel supported and respected, they show up stronger.

Kindness, to me, isn’t a weakness. It’s about listening, understanding different perspectives and responding with clarity and intention. Especially in supply chain, where things can shift in a moment, I’ve found that being steady, resilient and kind helps teams stay grounded and aligned even when the pressure is high.

I’ve always believed in building trust and making sure people feel heard; that’s what helps teams do their best work. That’s what allows us to move fast, solve problems together and ultimately deliver. Leading that way feels authentic to who I am and I think it brings out the best in the people around me.

What’s your next big goal or project in your professional journey?

My next big goal is to successfully ship Nusano’s first product. This will be a major milestone for our organization — something we are truly building from the ground up. Our teams have been working endlessly to reach the point where we can deliver life‑saving isotopes to the radiopharmaceutical industry, and it’s been an honor to help shape that foundation.

Being a part of designing our supply chain network, from logistics strategy to ERP implementation, has been such a meaningful experience. It will be an unforgettable moment for all of us when we ship our first product and see the positive impact of our work.

What key advice would you offer to other aspiring leaders?

My biggest advice to aspiring leaders is to be confident and never lose sight of who you are. As you grow in your career, it can be easy to stay in your lane or get caught up in the day‑to‑day, but don’t be afraid to think differently, ask questions and respectfully challenge the norm when it helps move your team forward.

Collaborate with the people around you — work alongside your team, not above them. People make a business successful, and the best ideas come from environments where everyone feels seen, heard and valued.

A quote from Eleanor Roosevelt has always stayed with me: “You gain strength, courage and confidence by every experience in which you really stop to look fear in the face.” To me, it’s a reminder that growth comes from stepping into moments that stretch us — whether that’s speaking up, leading differently or trusting your voice even when it feels uncomfortable.

If you lead with confidence, kindness and curiosity, you’ll inspire others to grow right alongside of you.
