What accomplishments are you most proud of?

From founding and exiting PromoJam to leading marketing and partnerships at VC-backed and publicly traded companies, my career has been defined by building teams, brands and relationships that scale. Joining the venture capital world has been a natural evolution, letting me channel years of operating experience into supporting the next generation of founders. But the accomplishment I return to most is simpler: being a genuine resource for the future generations of talent. As a female founder who navigated her own share of firsts, mentorship isn’t an add-on; it’s central to how I work.

What unique strengths do you bring to your professional and other roles?

What I bring to my work is the product of experience tested over time. I lead with an optimist’s mindset and an operator’s discipline — grit isn’t about pushing harder, it’s about knowing when to pivot and having the conviction to do it. I’ve never waited until I felt ready to take on something significant, and I’ve found that willingness to move into uncertainty is one of the most important things a leader can model. I’m a natural solution architect. I can read complex situations quickly, identify the real levers and help organizations find a clear way forward. Those instincts are deeply ingrained and genuinely portable across industries and challenges.

Can you share a pivotal moment in your career that significantly shaped your path?

Founding PromoJam during the early rise of social media was a pivotal moment in my career. We were building in real time, in a landscape that was shifting fast — and that environment taught me how to lead through ambiguity, stay focused when everything feels urgent, and build something fundable, scalable, and sellable. What strikes me now is how familiar this moment feels. AI is doing what social media did — rewriting the rules and rewarding the people bold enough to move early. Having lived through one of those inflection points, I know what’s possible when you’re willing to build before the path is clear. That energy is back, and it’s exciting.
