What are you most proud of in your career thus far?

I am most proud of building bridges between business, government, and community leaders to advance common-sense solutions that strengthen both families and the economy. Throughout my career, I’ve worked to elevate immigrant and Latino voices at the local, stat, and national levels, helping ensure that communities like mine are represented in important policy and business discussions. From Park City to the broader state of Utah and across the country, I’ve led efforts that bring people together around shared values of opportunity, inclusion and collaboration.

What I value most is seeing real impact: When families gain stability, when business leaders join the conversation on workforce and immigration, and when young people see themselves reflected in leadership. My career has been driven by a belief that change happens through relationships, and I’m proud to have helped create those connections.

What do you hope to be doing in 10 years?

In 10 years, I hope to continue serving at the intersection of policy, business and community, helping shape solutions that strengthen families, expand opportunity and grow our economy. I see myself leading an organization or serving in public office, using my experience to bridge divides and bring people together around shared goals. I also hope to mentor the next generation of Latino and immigrant leaders, just as others have invested in me. Whether it is in Utah or on a national stage, my goal is to keep creating pathways for others to succeed and ensuring that every voice has a seat at the table.
