What are you most proud of in your career thus far?
What I’m most proud of is building things that actually work. I started Copper Rock from nothing and turned it into a full-service agency, helping brands grow through automation, data and creativity. We’ve taken clients from local to national visibility, scaled revenue fast and built real systems that drive results.
At the same time, I’ve grown Surf Union, my lifestyle and watersports brand, into a profitable business built around passion, culture and authenticity. What matters most to me isn’t just the numbers — it’s building teams, creating opportunity and proving that you can grow fast while staying grounded in what you love.
What do you hope to be doing in 10 years?
A pivotal moment in my career was realizing my strength wasn’t just marketing — it was understanding people and telling stories that connect. But, the real growth came when I learned to lead, listen and grow with my team. That shift taught me that success is more about people than numbers.
