Joseph (Joe) Walker Jr. is the founding president of Larry H. Miller Senior Health, focusing on exceptional, patient-centered care for seniors. Leading since 2024, he expanded care to over 24,000 patients in his first year. Previously, Joe was chief strategy officer at Advanced Health Care, where he facilitated the launch of Aspen Ridge Senior Living and expanded the company from a regional to a national network. He serves on the Select Health board of trustees and co-founded Proxima Careers, supporting value-based care and workforce development while addressing the nursing shortage. Joe holds a bachelor’s from Brigham Young University and a juris doctor degree from Georgetown University.
