Alan J. Pruhs

Alan Pruhs has been with the Association for Utah Community Health (AUCH) since 2006. He has executed strategic plans to double the state’s Federally Qualified Health Centers and patient numbers, spearheaded a Health Center Controlled Network and launched a Clinically Integrated Network. Recognized with several awards, including the 2018 Utah Department of Workforce Services Distinguished Partner Award and the 2017 CHAMPS Outstanding Advocate for the Underserved, Alan collaborates with partners to increase access to care. With over 30 years in healthcare, he has a diverse background as a recreation therapist, VP at Bio-Kinetics and a leader in community health.
